Subscription FAQs
Which plan is right for me?
If one person in your home drinks about a cup a day, Everyday (20 oz) is the right fit. If you drink more than that, or you're brewing for two, go with Daily & Then Some (32 oz).
What coffee will I get?
Freshly roasted Neebs specialty coffee, selected to match the season. Profiles rotate so you get variety without having to choose every month.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Log into your account or email us at neebs@the-neebs.com with when you'd like to pause, for how long, and your restart date. If you don't give us a restart date, your subscription will automatically restart after 9 weeks.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Email neebs@the-neebs.com before your next shipment and tell us which month you'd like to skip, and we'll hold that delivery.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. There are no long-term commitments, and you're welcome to restart whenever you're ready.
Is shipping really included?
Yes. The monthly price you see is what you pay, with shipping included.
