Sunny is our Yirgacheffe — sourced from the Kochere district of Ethiopia, grown at elevations between 1800 and 2100 meters where the air is thin, the soil is iron-rich, and apparently the coffee plants are overachievers. Ethiopia Heirloom varietals, washed process, the whole thing. The origin does a lot of the heavy lifting here, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
What ends up in your cup is something almost tea-like in the best way — bright peach, delicate black tea, and a floral finish that lingers just long enough to make you pause mid-sip. This is a light roast, so if you're expecting a dark, punchy wake-up call, Sunny isn't your answer. But if you're the kind of person who actually tastes their coffee?
